ALE

IPA; INDIA PALE ALES

LAGER

WEISSBIER

is a type of pale lager. It took its name from the city of Pilsen where it was first produced in 1842.
PALE ALE
is made by warm fermentation using pale malt. It is one of the world’s major beer styles. The lighter colour is the result of using a higher proportion of pale malts.
APA; AMERICAN PALE ALES
have significant quantities of American hops, typically Cascade. It is the American hops that distinguish an APA from European pale ales.
STOUT
is a dark beer made using roasted malt or roasted barley, hops, water and yeast.
WITBIER
